Born in Harrogate, Hugo began his acting career appearing in TV series The Bill and Heartbeat, and played a minor role in the film Bhaji on the Beach before his first notable appearance as "Guy" in the film The Full Monty.
He has gone on to appear in several films including Deathwatch and The Interpreter (playing Nicole Kidman's brother). However most of his work has been on TV, including sitcoms Men Behaving Badly, dramas Clocking Off, Boudica (2003) and The Rotters' Club |

| | Nathan - William Snape William is most notable for playing Gaz's son Nathan in The Full Monty. He attended Dobcroft Junior School followed by Silverdale School. He has more recently acted in ITV's Emmerdale Farm as farmer Stephen Butler. He underwent two operations after being hit by a car on 29 January 1999. The worst injured part of him was his leg and it was a while before he walked again. |
